Terms & Agreements

General

Registration for the Conference is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and you have received a registration confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment may alternatively be made by check, payable to WACOG AAA. Once payment has been received, you may print an invoice/receipt from your registration record or request one from WACOG at [email protected]. Admission to the Conference will not be granted without payment being received in full.

Registration Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received by WACOG AAA, in writing and by email to [email protected] or by fax to 928-782-3526, by April 14, 2017, in order for the registration fee to be refunded. No telephone cancellations/substitutions will be accepted. A $25.00 administration charge will be deducted from registration fees refunded. No refunds will be made after the date of April 14, 2017.
If you have reserved accommodation at the designated conference hotel, you are responsible for cancelling this separately. WACOG AAA takes no responsibility for any financial penalties you may incur.
If WACOG AAA cancels any session of the Conference for any reason, it assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel costs. WACOG AAA will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancellation. Refunds will not be given to registrants who do not attend without cancelling in advance (no shows).
Substitution: Your registration fee can be transferred to a substitute delegate at any point. Only one transfer/substitute per registration.

By completing the hard copy registration form or the online registration you are accepting our cancellation terms and conditions.

Force majeure

If WACOG AAA is prevented or impeded from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, airline flight cancellations, strikes, lock-outs, flood, earthquakes, commercial unfeasibility, and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services, WACOG AAA will be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as fulfillment is prevented by the force majeure.

Data Protection

WACOG AAA does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. By registering for the Conference, you give WACOG AAA permission to contact you regarding your attendance at the Conference. The contact information supplied during registration will only be used to send you relevant Conference-related information.

Public Safety

You agree not to bring to the Conference any material, substance, equipment or object which may endanger the life of, or to cause bodily injury to, any person at the Conference, or which may create a hazard to the property at the Conference, without the prior written approval of WACOG AAA.

Solicitation

Only approved exhibitors may solicit.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The registrant shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WACOG AAA and officers from and against any and all loss, expense, damage, claim, demand, judgment, fine, charge, lien, liability, action, cause of action or proceedings of any kind whatsoever (whether arising on account of damage to or loss of property, or personal injury, emotional distress, or death) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Conference, except for damage, loss, or injury resulting from WACOG AAA sole negligence or willful misconduct.

WACOG AAA will not be responsible for any lost or stolen property. Found items can be claimed with appropriate verification.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the state of Arizona.

WACOG AAA reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions.
